Bought a box of Pollyfilla, the box was slightly damaged but didn't think that would be a problem. The filler is loose in the box not in a plastic bag,and had obviously got wet at some point, and had a large hard lump in the box.Returned with no problem for a refund.
This is a great powder to mix and use. it would have got 5 stars except the seam at the bottom of the box was leaking. it really is a nuisance when it's raining.
EASY MIX FILLER THATS EASY TO SAND TO A SMOOTH FINISH. NO SHRINKAGE TOO
Really good products dose what it says on the label.
Good filler. Needed to fill gap in newly repaired plasterboard piece and it worked very well. Easy to sand
I was only using to fill on lining paper so only the thinnest of coats was applied. sanded very easily.
This is the best filler - dries quicky and sands down to a very smooth finish
Refurbishing one of our bedrooms, filler was needed to carry out repairs to some of the walls, I bought this particular type of Polyfilla and found it to be very good in my opinion, I have used other brands of filler in the past but I don't think any have performed as good as this.
When I need to purchase more filler for any other jobs I will not be having to decide which filler to use, I will recommend this particular filler to anyone.
Use as much or as little as you require does the job
Easy to mix and use, dries to a very fine finish
Mix it really well, easy to get semi dry bits if you don’t.
I’ve tried almost every other filler and this is by far the best. It genuinely doesn’t shrink or sag and if you fill pin holes flush, you don’t need to sand it back
Excellent product. Easy to apply and sand smooth when dry.
...that's how I felt after sanding with a mouse sander... Did a lot of filling in on some alcoves that had shelves. Lots of filler to sand and used my mouse sander. Mistake. Created an absolute blizzard of fine dust. So, it fills well and is easy to sand but I recommend using hand sanding techniques or you'll be doing a Captain Oates "I may be some time, cleaning this up...".
Very easy to sand. Ideal for blending micro joints on lining paper. Mixes very well and workable for a long time. Can be shaped and carved for both decorative and curved edges on old plasterwork.
This is a big box of polyfilla. Does the job and will last me ages even with a new house
