Base cover was not fitted correctly with adhesive. The folding handles are difficult to operate. Rather disappointing.

The truck has served the purpose that I bought it for, and hopefully will do again on future occasions. But it was frustrating initially. It would have been good to know in advance that some assembly is required. There are 16 bolts to attach the 4 wheels, and you need a half-inch socket or spanner to do it (not supplied). All mine seem to be metric. Ended up using a badly-made 12mm socket that was slightly more snug than a proper 12mm and got away with it. Half an hour looking for a suitable tool and another half an hour to finish the assembly.
The other frustration was that the platform dimensions are misleading. The stated platform length of 725mm is not the usable length. It includes the bumper (which is slightly lower than the main platform and so most objects will be unable to rest on it) and also the part of the platform which is behind the handle. The usable length is more like 640mm if you load is narrow enough to fit between the hinges, or 600mm if it's wider. My 720mm load which I carefully measured before ordering was less stable than I'd have liked. Straps/bungees recommended.
As other reviews also state, the rubber covering isn't glued on very well. Not the end of the world, I'll probably try some glue of my own if it gets worse.
The silly thing is - if I'd known beforehand about the assembly requirements and the size, this would have been a lot less of an issue. The product actually seems ok if you have accurate information beforehand.
Had a max of 125kg on the platform no more and the wheels could not handle the weight! Not the best investment of £60+. Only used the one occasion. Guess I won’t be entered to win anything after this review
This generally well built Truck is letdown by a major fault. The wheels are not supported with bearings or a sleeve, and the hangers just wore there way through the axel pin in no time at all. I was very disappointed in this British made trolley, I expected this to be built to a higher standard.
Used it to help daughter move in new house. It did a great job. Now using it in garden move slabs and heavy pots. Perfect for my needs
Very easy to put together, excellent trolley. carries a good amount of stock, and is very quiet running.
Just want I needed to move a car engine around. Not too bad quality considering the brand, but also not great value for what it is. I needed it in a hurry and toolstation had them in stock.
The Truck held 2 large heavy stone planters, saved us time and energy. Only one complaint, the cover/film on the base was easily damaged, this is only peeling due to sliding items on truck.
Sturdy build although the covering is not glued on very well at the edges, had to use glue and tape to secure it
The item quality is fair, but function as normal. but the anti collision plastic bumper was not so tidy.
Smaller than expected and not very strong. The rubber surface was already peeking off when taken out of box. Handle bends when pulling a lot less than 150kg
Not bad for the money,,, only down side is,, its OK moving it when there is no weight on it but as soon as you put anything with a bit off weight the wheels don't move that easy... I've used it for a washing machine and moving some boxes
The black sheet on top was peeling up when we bought it. The black sheet did get torn so that part isn’t hard wearing. It’s good for the price and worked well otherwise.
Did not perform as well as hoped. Carried a few items and height of handle was a bit awkward
Product says 150KG!!!. Moved 50kg - 60kg 2 to 3 times. The wheel literally came off
Struggled to get it upright on a carpeted surface but worked well on a concrete floor. This put me off and I returned the trolley in less than 2 hours. Also the rubber sheet on the base appeared to be peeling off from the sides when removed from the original packaging.
