Used this to cover the front top and sides of two radiators which had gone a little yellow and they now look brand new. I sprayed them in situ as there isn’t a lot of overspray but I would cover the immediate wall etc. it will run if you are too impatient and try to spray a second coat too soon. If you give it a first coat then leave it an hour and apply a finish coat you will be fine.
Produced a good finish after 3 coats of paint. Easy to apply provided surrounding area is masked well.
Multiple coats (4 or 5) required to give a nice finish
does what it says on the tin, with a little bit of prep this bought my rusty looking radiator back to looking brand new
Excellent product..easy to use..good finish..recommended
Provides a good finish but care is needed. Only several light coverings on vertical surfaces required to avoid "runs".
Not bad just did not last long Gor some strange reason
Gives a real professional finish and easy to apply.
Have used this many times to freshen up my radiators when decorating. Makes them look like new.
Good paint, sprays well. Nice coverage and doesn’t run too easily.
Great product and easy to use. This spray smells and you will need to open windows and use a mask. I normally do the job in one coat if it’s already white, darker colours will require two or more coats. 1 can will do one big rad or two small ones. Don’t forget to mask up and put dust sheets down.
Bought this before. Providing you clean the surface of grease and rusty bits, this leaves a nice white finish.
I tried to restore a flat panel radiator and no matter how accurately I followed the instructions etc - the finish was very patchy and uneven. I think a professional gun spray service will achieve a uniform finish indeed.
Probably worth doubling up on what you think the coverage should be. One can will do 2 coats on a small radiator.
First attempt at spraying radiators, having previously just painted them.
Found it really easy with this product. 10 minutes drying time between coats meant it could be sprayed, dried and hung back on the wall in a few hours.
Needed to buy more but looks like Toolstation are not stocking anymore so bought elsewhere online.
Great finish, took 2 coats but enough to do 3 radiators with some still left. Needs to be well ventilated as strong fumes.
Would recommend this product and use it again easy to use and nice finish may need more than one can for larger radiators
Goes on great and 2 coats leaves a great smooth finish.
Great product, made our radiator look like new. This gives a much better finish than a brush on paint does. I found that the best results are to build up 3 - 4 light coats about 15 to 20 minutes apart to avoid runs. Highly recommended.
Looks good if applied correctly, otherwise some of the paint dries satin, rather than gloss. Needed 2.5 cans for a smallish radiator, but the finish is better than a new radiator if you have the patience.
