About 30 percent of the grids were damaged with missing hexagons. So nearly ever pack of 5 had a damaged one it it
Looks like they broke in transit but you can't see when delivered as they are in a plastic bag. Not grate packing.
Would only collect from the shop to inspect them. Or go for a version with thicker plastic.
Was advised to take back into store but then I couldn't use the ones that weren't broken.
I have had 2 deliveries and both had lots of broken grids. So looks like not a one off
Never used these before! But found the quick and easy to use great for a shed base with some pea shingle

The quality was poor - I rejected two packs for being broken and the replacement packs had minor faults. Quite flimsy and the transit plastic strapping plus throwing them around in the warehouse doesn’t help. When actually placed on the ground and filled with gravel they seemed ok as a base for a shed - not sure what would happen if I drove a car over them regularly.
This does the job intended, it could fasten together slightly more securely. One of them gave a satisfying click as they connected but the others didn't!
They're a good depth and size. I put two off to the side the other way round and due to the shape they didn't snug together or connect where they met but a couple of cable ties sorted that out nicely.

Brilliant, especially if you are using small gravel. It really is a good stabiliser. Easy to work with and good value for money .
Seem to be suitable. No bells and whistles here - just a bit of plastic that appears to do what it says on the tin. I only used 10 of these pieces where existing driveway (tar) meets new extension to driveway (gravel) to save damage to tar and be firmer for light vehicle use. Its only week one and appears to be adequate. Would hope in time that something so simple would be cheaper but these were the most affordable I could find so is more a general comment rather than specific to this product.
We needed to put Pots containing Courgette plants on grass, but the ground was too wet. These have done exactly what they say and stabilised the ground so that it can hold the pots without damage. The grass is also growing through nicely so they can't be seen. Very happy.
Perfect product for stabilising my deep gravel path. Very easy to lay and connect to other stabiliser packs. Pack size is lightweight and the individual items are very robust.
Beware this product, Toolstation should investigate. I bought 3 pack, 1 pack had a defect, broken plastic, went back to Toolstation to find all their stock was defective, lots of broken bits. It appeared there were 2 versions thicker plastic and thin plastic. In the end I kept my three sets because there stock at the store was worse. I have seen better products in other stores since (ie not Toolstation). Wish I had looked closer.

Used to make a solid base for my kid's playhouse. Easy to use & did the job nicely. Felt nice & strong.
Bought 3 packs. Two were great quality and I was really pleased. Third pack was half the weight and really flimsy. If you look at the photos you can see the walls are half as thick. Seems like I got the last of the good ones and first of the new cost cutting version so beware.
All had identical labels and barcodes so I’ve based my review on the flimsy ones. It’s a shame as I’d have given 5 stars based on the thicker material ones.
This product basically works but the price is high. Annoyingly the five pack has a different pattern to the single grids. They still interlock but there is an annoying noticeable difference between two products that I had assumed would be identical
Do the job well, retains gravel so you walk on it without issue. Can't see myself forking out the money to cover two parking spaces however.
