As expected, reliable build and an established maker
bought these to replace old tubes. Certainly attract flies and all worked well. Opted fo a named brand after reading lots of awful reviews about cheap ones failing so quickly.
It really does the job and it's great in the kitchen lights the cupboards up

To be honest I expected more from this product given the enthusiastic reviews. There is no doubt that it attracts the flies but it is not very effective at killing them. I have seasonal cluster flies in quite large numbers and they congregate in attic bedrooms. Since installing the Pluszap in the attic the flies no longer gather on the windows but take up residence in the zapper where they can be seen walking around the electrodes with a fair degree of impunity - only a few get a shock. When I open the drawer a swam of flies escape back into the room leaving the dead victims for me to hoover. Yes, it works, but it is not very efficient.

These replacement fly zapper tubes are very bright.
I never got this item because the item description is very misleading. The description reads that you are getting a complete unit. All you get is a tube. Even the supervisors in the store agreed it is a misleading description.
I tried to buy this 4 days ago. When I went to collect the item it was not what the description said. I was expecting a fly zapper complete with fixtures and fittings.All I got was a fluorescent tube. Definitely not going to catch flies.When I asked the supervisor for compensation for the product having the wrong description even though she agreed with me. All I was offered as a good will gesture was £5.???!!!!
Looked well made. When I read the instructions it said to replace both lamps every year but no part numbers supplied for them so I returned it.
Really great at zapping those pesky flies day and night what a difference it makes
Don’t buy cheap because they don’t last these are brighter and longer lasting
Very useful product. I’ll buy again same one. More worth it than the price.
