Purchase two of these rat traps during Christmas 2025, put peanut butter in as bait, trap two triggers and the wriggle out! What a joke! This has happened twice now,

It worked - caught one rat, but the others seem to have learnt what a trap looks like!
Works exactly as it should. Has a handy opening so you can bait the trap while the jaws are closed.
Absolute rubbish , poor value for money . Not big enough to catch a rat . I bought 2 of these traps but have only used 1 . I shall be returning the unused one as I feel it is not fit for purpose ! Only suitable for catching mice
Easy to set and use, perfect design to do what it has to do !
It works, but is not as good as a metal and wood one.
It turns out that rats are pretty clever - well the one I am after is. I have a camera trained on the trap under the decking and so far two nights in a row mice were caught. The rat comes along and is curious but seemingly too clever to touch it! It's only a matter of time.
Although this is a 'rat' trap it is also useful for cathingmice.
I have had this trap go off twice and fail twice. Second failure I had recorded. After reviewing the rat fully goes into the trap, activates it but closes with no enough force to kill or harm the rat and it gets away. Failed twice. I would say don’t waste your money on this item
It seems better at getting mice than rats, which is what I wanted it for.

I bought two of these for a rat that had moved into my garage. Watched him on my ring camera set the trap off with no harm done and eat the bait. Brown rats seem to be too large for this trap although it may be great for mice and smaller rats/black rats. I seem to have unwillingly learnt a lot about rats over the last few days.
Simple device, pair with some bait did the job very effectively.
Fairly substantial, and a powerful snap. I like the removable door for adding Bait without putting you fingers in harms way, only con is it’s a little pricey for just one
Set the trap with small piece of hazelnut chocolate. Mouse cough within few hours. Clean kill. Done the job. 5 ⭐️
Its still awaiting its first victim, but I have high hopes for this powerful tool
I bought a number of these to deal with a few rodents living in my garage. Although I've only just put these out and not had any results yet they were very easy to set up and use. I can be a bit clumsy so wanted a trap that could be safely and easily set, and these do just that. You can set them by your hand or by foot once they are placed in position.
It’s not effective , don’t buy it, mouse or rat escape easily
