A little pricy compared to other fittings but it was just the job for extending pipework close to existing soldered pipework in a place with very restricted access. It was shorter than a compression fitting and of course was a simple push fit. Definitely recommended for such a situation.
Quick and easy to use , useful when there is no room to solder .
I always use these on wet pipes where soldering can be an issue. I’ve never had one leak yet!
An excellent bit of kit for those of us who can't solder just make sure the pipe is clean and has a neat end from a sharp pipe cutter. Much neater than a compression fitting for pipework on show.
Possibly ok on brand new pipe did not work on old pipe. And be aware that it is not removable.
Easy to use but make sure that before inserting the tube that it is the correct length!
