Expensive copper push fit solution to replace a leaking solder joint. Got to make sure that the copper pipe slots all the way into these obtuse elbows. Worked first time and didn’t have to worry about soldering a wet pipe. It just seems expensive otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.
Rubbish, bought 4 all they all leaked. Buy something else
Better then the plastic push fit when the pipe work is on show.
I've used a number of push-fit connections over the past few years. I bought the Pegler brand after previous successful use. This time had 3 connections fail -won't be using them again
Used several of these now, excellent quality for heating or water pipes, solved many problems for me.
Tectite Sprints are excellent for quick-fix solutions on copper to copper schemes. They are simple, discrete and an assured method of joining pipe, however, there's good reason to be cautious - the joints cannot be disassembled (have to cut off) and are too aggressive for anything but metal pipes. Pipe ends should be de-burred and/or cut with a rolling cutter, and witness marks applied to the pipe before making the connection to the full depth.
Excellent product ideal for when safety is an issue with heat/naked flame, when fitted pipework remains adjustable.
Nice and easy to use. Simple, no mess, no soldering. Perfect.
STOP HARRASING ME. I'll say when Really bad/good
Excellent product easy to use. Ensure all burrs are removed from cut pipe if a saw blade is used.
I have used these previously without any problems, so was the obvious choice, staff as usual at Northampton branch very efficient and helpful
Good quality once on this wasnt coming off so check u get it right lol
