The oscillation speed can be controlled by a convenient dial, from 6000 to 20,000oscillations per minute.  A lock on switch enables you to use either both hands or to switch hands as per the job requires.

The universal blade mount allows for both OIS and Starlock blades to be used, changed and set at various angles with ease thanks to the blade removal lever.

For convenience, both Panasonic 14.4V and 18V batteries can be used.
