This was not available at my local store but I needed one for my oven. Easy to fit & store was very efficient
I purchased two of these about a year ago, the first one lasted around a year. The second one however blew straight away switching the oven on!
Installed one of the latest I purchased and seems fine. I find it good practice to clean the glass part first ensuring no fingerprints or contaminants and install it using a dry cloth.
Always check Toolstation for my spares and DIY needs first. Usually the item is in stock or can be ordered at a reasonable cost.

Bought to replace an old buld, even though it was still working. New bulb failed within 24 hours. Put the old one back in. Disappointing !
Bulb failed on first use, even though the oven was on a low temperature setting. Not worth the effort and expense of returning. Note that the original bulb was some 20 years old before it failed.
Failed after 6 months. The replacement one failed even earliest. Probably cannot really withstanding high temperatures (250°C)
I could only get one bulb from Bridge of Don store. The assistant was very helpful and informative.

found part, bought it, done, nice and easy!happy days!
Blew within a few days. Bought an alternative bulb from another outlet with no problems.
Bought these for a Siemens oven that I bought second hand after the one year old Hotpoint kept burning my cakes. I like baking and decided on a Vorsprung der Technic approach. After installing the "new" oven I found that the interior light was kaput, ( its a German oven) and a quick look on the Internet revealed that the manufacturers price was about the same as a second hand BMW so I bought these. One as a spare. Works great. I can watch my cakes rise in 40 Watts of splendidight for considerably less than the Siemens one. Highly recommended.

Early days but the bulb is still working and looks very similar to the original NEFF product. Brilliant value compared to buying direct from BOSCH/NEFF.
