There was an additional hole that was not needed for my Thomas Dudley mechanism, but I simply used two of these, one each way round. It all works perfectly - no need to trim! A bargain!
These are more rectangular than oval. The specified size is meaningless: in real life they are approximately 138 x 85 mm, with a 9mm hole in the middle and two 3mm holes at 20mm from the centre line. I guess a dimensioned diagram would be useful on the website. Can be easily cut to a smaller size, providing the central holes are in the right place for your flush, which wasn't the case for me.

I only needed one diaphragm, but had to buy 5 and by time I need another one I’ll have misplaced the spare ones!
I didn’t have the make or model of the siphon to be fitted in, so had taken a chance with buying these. It was slightly larger than needed and the central hole needed opening up, but a sharp knife and a pair of scissors soon solved that.
It fitted fine and does the job intended.

Needed careful trimming to fit the syphon in a 20ish year old toilet but job completed and all working within 20 minutes. Feels a little flimsy compared with original but hey, I ha e four spares!
Had an issue with the toilet not flushing, discovered what a diaphragm was. Located it on the siphon and it was very deteriorated. Direct replacement with one of these and the toilet is flushing the best it has since we moved in. Did my other toilet at the same time. Bargain.
Bought on spec to try and replace a damaged diaphragm on an old cistern mechanism without removing old mechanism. Not a direct replacement but managed to fit and trim to size. Had to add an extra piece to cover additional hole in diaphragm. Toilet now flushing with ease.

This is great value. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit. It looks the same but the holes are in different positions and the diaphragm is a little larger. On the pack [but not the website listing] it is specified as Dudley where my flush syphon is Derwant Macdee. Would be better if this description was updated on the listing.
Not everyone knows that you can repair standard flush syphons. Its usually just a damaged diaphragm that is straightforward to change.

A bit of adjustment but it worked a treat, very cost effective too
Cheap as. Worked a treat, fixing a long term fog horn noise which comes upon flushing. Easy fix and cheap.
