Had fitted one in previously to our washing machine 6 years ago and although not cheap it isn't affected by all the chemicals that will have gone through it so need to fit one to a work top sink in order to make the waste more compact so a trolley would fit under it. I was not convinced that the cheap one had a bladder that was made of the right material to cope with the chemicals that will go through it.

I have never heard of an Osam HepVO PP Waste Valve…..
Wasn’t sure it would be worth spending this much, but needed to try something different, as our Bathroom Sink waste pipe kept getting blocked up with conventional traps. This innovative design does the trick. The flow through this device is so much better, which means the waste pipe is flushed out with the much faster flow rate. And it is quiet. No gurgles. It's simple design is a breakthrough in performance. Well worth the money.
