Toilet seat in the item that arrived wasn't the same design as the one in the picture on the product details page. It was also faulty. Toolstation's supplier sent a replacement but this was identical to the previous one. The second one also had missing fixtures.
I sent over a picture of the seat and a screenshot from the product details page so that Toolstation and its supplier could see the difference in design (in the one they sent the seat cover fully conceals the seat when in the down position whereas in the one shown on the website it doesn't). However, despite this, they insisted it was the right one.
Although the rest of the toilet is absolutely fine, I can only award one star to reflect my overall purchase experience.
The toilet is great but be aware it doesn’t come with pan fixing kit; Toolstation sell a compatible one but you need PFK001. After several emails I had to purchase separately with added cost
Very pleased with this smart modern product. Thanks to the ToolStation at a very economic price too. Delivered in within three days. Easily installed by the average diy person (with the aid of YouTube videos). It’s modern lines makes the rest of my bathroom fittings look dated, so Using the ToolStation I will be updating the rest in the coming months with a modern wash basin etc. Recommended.

Prompt delivery from supplier on a pallet, but after installation I found a hairline crack on the pan, most likely a manufacturing flaw rather than damage. TS customer service was brilliant, thanks Deb, and spoke to supplier. Told me to dispose of faulty item and within days a brand new complete WC pan and cistern arrived. I'm happy with the quality of the replacement, it's a nice looking kit, and so impressed with Toolstation. Many thanks
