Toilet was delivered promptly as described. The toilet was easy to assemble and install, the only negative was there were no brackets included to secure the toilet to the floor, luckily I have stuff available to create my own, not the case for most people. The rimless flushing action around the pan is very good.
Brought this toilet a week ago never received it as apparently it was damaged in transport... Contacted customer service 3 times every time they said they will look into it and call me back and that never happened... Overall I have a customer that is using a bucket as a toilet because of poor customer service from tool station ... As a tradesmen I will never use you again absolutely waste of time
The toilet looks nice. Dual flush which is good. But things I wasn’t happy with the internals hard to install the hose to the inlet unless you fit it first then the flushing unit had to tightened up so much to stop it leaking, I suppose if you used a silicone as well as the gasket it would seal better
This is a beautiful close-coupled toilet and really smart looking slim seat that I feel is let down by poor installation instructions. It took a phone call to Nuie and a magnifying glass to try and work-out how to fit it. Now it’s in and connected it looks stunning and I guess if I had to fit any more of these in the future it would be a lot easier.
