Brilliant product, cuts through the paint with ease, and lasts a remarkably long time!
Disc is not even worth 1 star, very expensive lasted literally 2 minutes and simply smoothed the rust out a little whilst spraying me with fragments of itself, very poor
Used this to strip rust from an old mower deck prior to rust-proofing and painting. It worked effectively on some difficult areas down to clean metal.
It works well, strips paint and rust very easily but wears pretty quickly. I was using it on Steel, might be less hard wearing on other metals.
The biggest annoyance is that due to the thickness, you can't do the nut up tight on the angle grinder with the normal tool. I did it with some pliers but was a bit of a faff.
Awesome for removing underseal, stone chip and chassis paint. Also great for removing filler.

I use these every year to clean the critters off my boats propellers and rudders and are absolutely brilliant. The Beauty of these is the fast removal of corrosion and contaminants build up, another positive is they are not to aggressive especially as I am using them on bronze and stainless steel.
I used this to remove paint from a steel narrow boat roof. It quickly and easily removed many coats of paint down to the bare metal without damage to the metal. I bought a number of these to complete the job but was very surprised how long 1 lasted, I only needed 2 to complete the task. It was also good at cleaning up rust sections although that did eat the disc a bit.
All in all a great product, fars harder wearing than I expected and far superior to even aluminium oxide paper.
Pretty good - does what it supposed to do. It won't take out the deepest rust pitting but makes light work of light to medium surface rust. It removes metal but is not as harsh as a flap disc - no over-heated thin spots. It also lasted a lot longer than its market stall relatives, helping justify its high price.
Does exactly what it is set out to do, also lots of other uses as well. Great!
Strips paint and rust with ease but only suitable for small jobs. Wears out in about 10 mins of use so expensive for larger areas.
Very efficient and fast grinder for metal rust. On the downside expensive and don’t last long
On flat things its ok, anything else youll be continually swapping discs. Also because of the way its made you cant use the "back" of it to remove rust/paint. Wearing quite quickly too. Stopped using and went back to a flap type disc, thinner so could access much more and faster removal.
Does what it says. Using in on an aluminium beer barrel, takes the rubbish off with ease. It’s a thick disk so used properly will have some legs in it.

Perfect does the job with little effort, used to remove bubbling surface rust on my transit got the job done in no time.
