Insulating my shed was easy with this.
Already made a huge difference to the temp inside.
Easy to apply but advise you buy some double sided tape.
This is because you will likely need to cut panels to size and the self adhesive is only on the free edges.
Great colour blends in with wood.

Not really sure how well this insulates but it was easy to cut and fit. The adhesive is two double sided tape lengths which don’t always lay in the right place so I used a staple gun as a back up.
Adhesive backing is rubbish as theres not enough of it!
I have now bought 3 rolls of this insulation. Probably too early to assess effectiveness, but it’s easy to fit and the colour matches in really well with my shed. I note some people have reported issues with self adhesive tape. I haven’t had any problems, although on large sections I have used additional double sided tape. The main issue with this product was with delivery to my local branch. I had 3 rolls delivered without the manufacturers wrapping and with damage - some minor, some extensive. I complained to the CEO of Toolstation and the problem has now been identified and apparently fixed.

Found this works excellent,I have a complicated shape shed but it cut to shape easily to add adhesion I run a thin bead of silicone round the edges,works fine, noticeable difference to temp
Excellent easy to apply. And it's stayed in place in the months since. Has transformed a garden room, keeping cooler in sun and warmer on cooler days.
Two rolls needed for a 8x5 foot shed. Easy to install and although I haven’t experienced the insulation effects in cold weather it has been great in heat of summer. I installed panels over the insulation to provide a air filled space for greater effect.
Easy to install. Adhesive lacked cohesion. Had to staple it in the end.

Quicker and cleaner than rockwool
I bought this to apply to a metal shed but although it greatly reduces internal condensation there is still some appearing. I may have to paint it with an anti condensation coating. I like this product and have used it before on wooden structures but it is not the best for this application.

Good insulation but the 'self adhesive' is narrow strips along the long edges. It meant using a lot of gaffer tape to secure all round
