This was a replacement for another led torch that was bigger, heavier, and despite being sold as the most powerful torch on the market was not as bright as the Night searcher.

This torch is bright and lightweight wth good features - rechargeable, dimmable function for longer use, flashing, automatic function in event of power cut. Good value for money
I bought this to replace an old one of the same model. It's a solid but lightweight torch with a powerful beam. I dropped the old one a few times without it breaking.The only problem is it uses a mobile-type recharger connection which is a bit flimsy and is what failed on the old torch.
Needed a replacement for my old powerful rechargeable torch that had come to the end of its battery life. Did some research, and read a lot of reviews, and decided to purchase the NightSearcher Trio. Came with the usual accessories, and so far so good. Was very surprised at how it weighs so little. Certainly a powerful beam, and hopefully it will give many years of service.
A good torch, too big to get lost in a pocket but not bulky, not as heavy as the old 996 battery, and bright enough to light up the shadows without summing the Dark Knight.

Excellent, robust, powerful and easy to use high powered torch charged via USB charger. This is the second one purchased not as a result of any problems or failures, but for our second property.
Not as bright as I thought it might be for the price, but sturdy and comes charged and with charging cable, car charger if your car has that type of charger and a wall mounted bracket. Lightweight and easy to use.
It’s a great torch. At first I thought over priced but its reach is fantastic. Lasts for hours on one charge and illuminates large areas as described. Buy it! I should have purchased sooner.

Very good battery life. Powerful illumination. Must reach around 30m distance at a guess, but it is a fairly focused beam so if you want something for wide angle/close illumination, this may not be for you.
