Essential tool for plumbing jobs, money well spent.
I purchased after removing my old shower and needed to get olives from old compression fittings off . Having looked at all options on YouTube and online i decided on this unit as it had best reviews and seriously cant fault it. Hopefully a good investment as i have to do a few Radiators and TRV when the weather gets warmer. Its well made so should last the distance if used properly, its brass so risk of stripping threads if not fitted properly. 2 mins to remove 2 olives....
Works very well, but older nuts have a finer thread that this struggles to hold sufficiently to pull the olive off. If you have older nuts, I suggest you use an olive splitter instead.
Very useful tool to have in your plumbing kit, nice quality brass construction. Works well and can see it lasting very well - I haven't used on a drill/ battery screwdriver yet and probably won't bother for the little time it takes to wind off by hand.

Worked very well for me. Easy to use and removed a reasonably stubborn 15mm olive without issue and left no damage to the pipe. Not tried the 22mm as of yet. I’m a DIYer not a plumber!
Unfortunately got this for showers and surprisingly it’s too short! Absolutely fuming, yes it’s handy but not fit for the one purpose I needed it for
Does manage to get the olive off, but tends to draw pipe if the olive was overtightened. Make sure nut is threaded fully home or you can break the end of the tool thread.

this can get olives from 15mm and 22mm pipes, easy if the space is available to fit and twist the end. Most cases should be fine. I wanted to avoid messing around with saws and risk damaging other parts. this worked very well.

When I saw this on YouTube I thought it looked too good to be true and probably only available in the USA but to find it on TS made my week. My shower pipes were embedded in the wall and this saved the day. Brilliant device and much better than the normal olive splitters
Works exactly as advertised. Removing old compression olives (without damaging pipe surface) without this gadget seems - for me - very difficult. With this gadget - easy. Not cheap but having the right tool which can do the job without causing additional damage/time/costs is priceless
I bought this for a single use and it worked really well. It was easy to fit and the olive came off straight away. I know it is a specialist tool but when it works was well as it did I am very pleased. Great product.
This proved to be a very useful tool to remove olives from an old shower mixer 15mm pies. There was no room to get to the olive with saw or cutters without breaking the wall tiles. Very easy to use and left no damage to the pipe. I have not used it on 22mm pipe yet but having a tool that will do both sizes is a bonus.
I spent over an hour using other methods to remove the olive. With this tool it removed the olive in about 30 seconds and that was first time using it.
