Reasonably easy to install. Not as powerful as i hoped for.
Was a straight replacement for an older one and all went in fine
My customer wanted a like for like replacement shower as they’d been happy with the previous one . Happy customer.
Great product, easy to install. Increases pressure to provide a good level.
Looks good quality, well made. Replaces the same unit that was in the house when i moved in 10 years ago, so must be 15 years or older. That has lasted well and only the solenoid valve gone, which I could get a spare part for, but decided to go for new and upgrade to thermostatic at same time.
I managed to swap an old Mira Event for this Mira Vigour, virtually the same foot print.Obviously a lot cheaper price wise. had to clean off the old scale and green scum from the copper pipes, used silicon spray to install the new shower onto the pipework. worked a treat. wiring as before. only had to alter the riser rail and re-drill as its a lot smaller than the previous rail. Customer very happy
Replacing like-for-like the unit we installed 11 years ago! The original and the best!!
It does work ok giving a reasonable pressure but they are quite noisy and they don't last very long. It says it all as Mira only give a 1 year warantee on them.
Decided to have my new bathroom redone after problems with shower and water pump!!! After weeks of reading reviews I went for the Mira vigour as it was half the price of my first choice and now that all work is done and shower been used, I am really pleased with my purchase! Great shower, much better than others I’ve had! Is not, in my opinion, loud!
All in all it’s a great shower, powerful and half the price of my other one I was looking at!
Only 1 downside ( and this goes for all showers!) the hose was far too short! Problem solved! I bought a longer one!

Nightmare to install (not the fault of the shower - original plumbing was appalling) the only issue is the top and bottom inserts to blank off unused pipe inlets are utterly dreadful and cheap. I lost them as a result of them falling out when installing.
This is the 2nd Mira Vigour shower I’ve purchased and installed. Generally a good shower but I noticed that the wiring junction boxes on the new ones are only held to circuit board by a solder point so if you overtighten it will break off. The older models had the junctions clipped on for a much more secure fit.
I had to re-solder. Also, the instructions for the wiring order is not clear at all (different order from the old one) but the instructions don’t show a diagram nor confirm lady to right order - it assumes left to right but doesn’t say.
All in all a decent shower but Mira have cheapened the manufacture of the item.
Replaced a similar Mira model whch has been going strong for over 15 years but had a leak which was becoming progressively worse. Easy replacement as the connections were in eaxactly the same place.
Gives a very good shower with my gravity fed water system, the only comment is that I thought they might have made it a bit quieter after 15 years.
However if this lasts as long as the previous one I will have no complaints.
Easy to install, nice and smart. Installed for a client who have big differences in height so the riser was perfect for the job.
The shower is good but the slide bar is short and Mira refused to supply the longer one without charging for it and refused exchanging them. Mira seems to be an unhelpful company to deal with.
An upgrade from our last power shower. Easy to fit.
Used to replace like for like shower. Previous had lasted over 7 years. Much more reliable than some other manufacturers and models. Would recommend. Only negative is the blanking plates are not fantastic. I sealented them in place to stop them coming loose.
