Has these showers for years and have always been great. The bigger kW version (10.8) gives you better flow during the winter when the mains water temperature is low, but if you had a lower kW shower installed previously, the electrical installation would need to be checked to make sure it is suitable for the 10.8 kW rating of this shower. You would need an electrician for this and obviously would incur an extra cost especially if the electrical installation needs alteration so factor this in.
Not very good for the money the air tube that’s supposed to make this like a power shower doesn’t work very well invigorating shower it’s not! my bath shower is a lot stronger
Bought this to replace an old Mira shower that was still working after 10 years. During the cold months when you had to turn the shower up a notch the flow reduced dramatically. This one is perfect, hot water and decent flow which the the Air Boost function makes even better. 10/10
In my opinion Mira Sports are the best electric showers on the market, easy to install, easy to operate and quality feel to product.
This is a great shower that works well. However this was purchased as a replacement for the same model that failed at just over 3 years old so the jury is out on reliability.
Straightforward to fit. Only 3 screws for the shower unit. Got it to replace one of the same. I like the feeling of the air boost.

After trying several electric showers, this is by far the best. I prefer a strong, consistent flow, and this model doesn't drop pressure when the temperature goes up – a rare find. It also looks great, with a large shower head and a smooth hose that’s much easier to clean than the usual ridged type. I've only used it with the boost function, so I can’t speak to running costs, but for me, a good shower is worth every penny.

Great online shopping experience. The website is easy to navigate and finalising the purchase was effortless. The product arrived in excellent condition and on the specified date. The shower is easy to fit and well built. Excellent water pressure despite my house suffering with low hot water pressure. Flow rate is noticeably better than my old 9kw Mira sport max with airboost and dispenses warm water almost instantly. I am extremely happy with the purchase and result. Hopefully it will last longer than my old shower which served me well for 7 years.
The Mira Max shower is a replacement for a previous Mira Sport, and the power of the max is brilliant definitely a big difference to the previous Mira shower, replacing the old shower with the max was simple as the screwholes were in the same place and the fitting of the cold water pipe was was also a daudle as again like the previous shower the cold water entry point on the Max shower could be moved to different positions, without the need to refit the cold water pipe to a new position.
The electric cable entry point was also in the same place which again made it simple in replacing this shower.
Needed to replace an old Mira Sport Max shower - this on is better, having the air boost in it

Ordered shower online delivered next day , returned to store within 15mins of delivery as one look at shower and box obvious problems ex display or customer return not new.
Five days later and three visits to store still awaiting replacement.
