Bought this to replace the exact same model I had at home that had died (replacement parts are almost as dear as a new shower). Got it home and plugged it in but wouldn't switch on, screws inside showed signs of corrosion and some parts didn't have their original packaging on, could this have been a returned model resold? Hard to say. Luckily Toolstation swapped it no questions asked and the replacement worked fine. Did cost me an olive and a compression nut though.
Nice shower, fitted easier than the previous fitted Mira shower but needed push fit elbow if you follow instructions, less plumbing bits needed than had previously been used by previous home owner. Over all looks more pleasing to the eye with everything behind the cover. Centre side fitting connector for water connector left side.
Nice shower bought to replace a previous Mira shower. Fittings were slightly different so a bit of alteration work needed. Overall pleased with it. Good flow, easy to set up and stays at a constant temperature.
This is my third Mira electric shower 9.5kw. I find you can count on 4/5 years trouble free service. Having to refit a new one is also quite straight forward.
I ordered a mira go shower on the 21/2 /25 and recieved on the 22/2/25 on receipt the box for the shower was in terrible state as shown in photos and had several names and addresses on it and was taped up so my husband took it back to the Kilmarnock depo
And staff called for manager who took pictures and said he was contacting area manager and apologized and said that should never of been sent out like that and order replacement was told I would get phone call when I’m either Monday or Tuesday I did not receive call to say it had arrived and went to store to check if in and it was assistant said there was no box ticked on the system for someone to call my husband asked to speak to person in charge to be told no one is in store and to contact customer services as thii is a cost both fuel and time to go to store I definitely won’t be shopping at tool station again
I’m waiting for the shower to be fitted!! So an accurate review is not possible at the moment, I will update when it’s up and working

Easy to install, works as it should, looks good, great value
This is about my 10th Mira shower. I get the same one every time because the fitting is the same and easy to swap. I only get between 18 months and two years between each shower unit because they clog up due to hard water. Only one person uses this bathroom. I did attempt to get them out once under the guarantee but gave up because of the hoops you have to jump through. If you don’t live in a hard water area then I recommend. I have a water softener but the shower is the only item it doesn’t appear to work on. It’s good up until the clogging.

Brought to replaced old failed Mira shower. Cable entry same place. Water and mounting holes slightly different. Easy to adapt. Shower works and customer happy.
Its ok_ish .the pressure is not very good. Tried everything but same problem. Mira should do what it should do.
Replaced 15y old Mira power shower all connection in same place . Shower head very basic.Straight forward swap. Recommended.
