Great Tray, packaging great angle iron support, lovely design very pleased
It was carefully delivered by two nice men in a van within a day or so and updates given throughout that process.
Ive used Mira products before and was pleased with how solid and well made this tray is.
its a very nice whaite plastic surface but a sort of concrete composite under neath. Its all very nice and rigid. I prepared a very level base but I reckon it could be set on four bricks and would still feel safe. I think its up there with the best trays. The waste trap is a slight worry. the hair insert is very easy to remove and clean but blocks every use of the shower. im not sure I really need it to be so fine.
Shower tray was chipped, I had no choice to fit it as tiler was coming in next day. It looked like a manufacturer defect . Not happy with the product
Very quick delivery and well notified of when it would arrive. The only problem we had was that the waste pipe was cracked , and the person doing our bathroom had to run out quickly to get a replacement.

Unwrapped the shower tray today so we could line the waste up before the floor goes down only to find some damage to the lower lip, fortunately it's at the waste end so it won't be seen as it butt's up to the wall, so I immediately ran downstairs and unwrapped the other shower tray and inspected it with a magnifying glass, happy to report no damage on that one
Probably a quality item if handled handled carefully, but the Shower Tray was found to be cracked around the waste hole, an area covered by the packing on delivery. Still waiting for it to be collected and money refunded. Delivery team did not follow the handling instructions on the packaging.

Shower tray was spot on but the waste was broken when delivered due to bad packaging. Rang mira and they’re sending a replacement so no worries

Let down by delivery, product good, website easy to use and order but I had to call up to find out where it was. Turns out the supplier tried to deliver it without notifying us, they rebooked the date without telling us what it was and I was given a delivery slot for the following day at 21:30, luckily someone was home.

Best made and easiest one to fit . Very lightweight compared to most. And strong I wouldn’t use any other
Spacious shower tray easy to fit, good quality and value for money.
We assumed as tray is by Mira that it'd be good quality, however its surprisingly thin material thickness and the base is not especially level with the end capping nor finished especially flush with stone resin. We bought two and both like it. One has now got a hairline crack post install and tiles are going to have to come back out to sort. I'd but a different brand - this is not good.
