Exactly as pictured, effective shower head, only issue is it states it’s compatible with any hose and it did not fit our hose so have had to order a new hose now. We live in the Glens, water pressure is an issue, this head on jet has made a MASSIVE difference. Super fast impressive delivery using parcel force.
