Nice, and heavy with a strong handle. In conjunction with a wedge this was idea for splitting large logs.

Great sledge hammer. Feels well balanced with a good handle and shaft allowing for an easy swing and aiming. Used to break up a four inch thick concrete slab which with a bit of elbow grease it did nicely.
Looks like it will last and be my forever sledge as well.
Used it to break through a thin layer of concrete the developer decided to hide under our lawn, making it impossible to plant anything but grass. The job went nice and quick.

This replacing my rotten wood shaft Sledge Hammer……Good weight comfortable to grip with gloves ( the yellow knitted ones with the rubber mesh grip covering). Broke through 2”- 4” concrete base with ease. It’s a big hammer, you hit stuff…what more can I say :) ……oh! Set at the right price and I’m guessing the bright colour would make it easier to spot at a distance.
Looks like it will last……best of all I can keep it in my cellar and it won’t rot!
