These are well made, & good quality bolt cutters.
I had a small 4mm seised rusty padlock to remove, no problem, it cut through it like a hot knife through butter.
Very minimal effort needed to complete the cut, & they do what's needed, with ease.
I highly recommend these 18" Minotaur bolt cutters, for the price, they're a great tool.
i bought these to cut through an 8mm padlock, the product description said it could cut up to 8mm but it unfortunately it didnt so not impressed.
Haven't used it yet but better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

I needed to clear an old fence laced with barbed wire without lacerating my arms. These cutters were a delight, and the fence was quickly snipped into a sturdy sack. Excellent product!

Cheap but did the task of cutting a cable lock. First croppers I've had, so cannot compare performance
Very good value for money. Useful for clipping stock fencing and wire up to 2.5mm to 3mm. If you need to cut thicker, buy bigger croppers. If you cut thicker with them, be prepared to ruin them. Again, these are perfect for the job, just don’t expect them to be cutting through padlocks or actual bolts. Good luck.
Bought these to chop up a double bed mattress frame. Springs were no issue but the 6mm hardened steel frame around the outside was a struggle. Got the job done in the end, cheaper than the council removing it.
Cuts through 4mm nails on my stripped pallets with ease.
