Start with a 22mm core with pilot drill for the first 10mm on the interior side of the wall, then swap it for this core drill, no drilling in the wrong place, no excessive breakout on the external wall. 15mm copper with 20mm plastic sleeving, easy fit for the holes around a wall plate for an outside tap, or 13amp socket.
