Tried it on fast speed , tried it on slow speed,tried it dry, tried it wet. Not enough cutting edges to mill cut.
Works well, just be ready for the dust if using indoors! I used it to core bricks, the drill dealt with it admirably, clean cuts achieved throughout. It does kick a little as it starts, nut nothing too untoward.
Broke with in 5 minutes of use. Was using to drill through soft imperial facing bricks and it completely sheared before even cutting through one brick.
Used this for drilling through Stone slabs, told it wouldn’t work, but used at the correct speed with patience and it breezed through, only question is what do I do with it now!

It broke first use , took it back , staff at Faringdon branch were very rude and said because I had used it they couldn’t replace it …..won’t be returning to again ..will take my money elsewhere
Excellent bit of kit, went through my walls no problem & my bricks are hard!
Used this to drill hole through a concrete garage floor. Worked brilliantly. Clean hole through concrete, engineering brick and foundation concrete. Needed to add an extension from another supplier to drill the full 20" depth but no problems. Instructions say for lightweight building blocks and bricks does not require water cooling. Of course I ignored all of that and because I was drilling into the floor filled the hole with tap water. Worked brilliantly, and because of the cooling water I could drill more of less continually, not having to stop to allow the business end to cool down.
I am a big fan of Toolstation, but I was really disappointed by this core drill. it was very slow to cut through a fairly soft brick and maybe I should have realised that I purchased a 22mm version by the same brand last year and that was just as bad. I ended up finishing the hole with a Starret Carbide tipped Multi material hole saw, that made very light work of the hole.
I gave the core drill 3 stars, because it didn't work as well as I hoped, but it did eventually get the job done. I was drilling old concrete blocks and it took about an hour to drill a 38mm hole through 150mm of concrete. Perhaps I expected too much of it? I also found that drilling dry just didn't work. The drill kept snatching. I tried with flowing water and suddenly, so much easier to drill and it kept the drill cool. I have many diamond cutting tools, they normally cut the hardest material like a hot knife through butter, but this was really very slow. I think the material was just beyond the capability of the tool, but it did eventually cut the hole. The drill is still in excellent condition, so no damage done.

Needed for 32mm waste pipe. Needed an extension as well as the sds adapter to all the way through outdoor wall. But worked well. Probably won’t use it again.
This is ok , doesn’t fly thru like most of reviews say it does ,even when used with a core drill
Disappointed with this one. It isn't as illustrated and appears to be an older style without the deep four cutter segments. There was 'wander' from centre when in use but this was partially due to the pilot drill continually coming loose in the supplied arbor.
