Did the job, but the supplied drill bit is not a morse taper. There’s no tang projecting into the holder to enable the removal tool to be used.
Drill bit was perfect and cut through brick and breis blocks no problem
Item was needed to drill a core hole for some metal ducting. Did the job needed
Initially very difficult sorting the correct adapter arm for the drill bit. ( for the price you'd think it would be included)
Once on the job in question (porcelien tile flush button hole)
Went smoothly. Took it slow with masking tape to stop slide and angling the bit round and round got through no problems. Only needed the one hole so have no idea how many more it would be capable of drilling! Expensive hole!
Needed this to use with a 52mm core bit to put a new waste pipe through a brick wall. I was glad that I used a longer bit to drill through first as I found that the bit was a very loose fit into the hex adapter that fitted into my drill chuck. It was adequate as a guide through the hole but I would not have wanted it to be making the hole for the core bit to follow.

Bought this to go in the chuck of my SDS Drill as many reviews for SDS adaptors were critical. This one performed very well and the length when attached to a 50mm Core Drill was enough to breach an outer and inner wall with 80mm cavity.
Good product at a fair price
I had to use my own masonry drill bit to go through the 20mm patio slab because this couldn’t make a mark in a tub of butter. I drilled the hole first and then used this as a pilot in my pre drilled holes.
Does the job but as others have mentioned, the centre drill is not central.

Good tool and cheap, fits tct core drills and very sturdy
no problem on solid 9" wall but you may need the extension for thicker walls
The core drill connects securely on the holder but I could not get the pilot drill to sit straight in the holder. It was out of true by about 5 to 10mm which meant that the core drill wobbled all over the place.
