3mm thick disc was good on thinner steel sections. I was cutting heavy 100x125 12mm Angle and the disc blinded and cutting slowed significantly. I had to rub the cutting edge with a piece of tungsten and start cutting again. Back on thinner sections it performed well again.
A quality item I purchased it to replace the worn out factory supplied disc on my Metabo metal chop saw, this disc is solidly made with the added reassurance of being a product of the Saint Gobain group.

Bought two for my old Makita Chop Saw to cut 50x25x3 steel box at 45°. After 20 clean cuts the first disc has hardly lost any material. Couldn't be happier.
Pleased to find a supplier for this size of cutting disc
I cannot really comment on this blade because I was using it with a Titan chop saw that was really not very good and was returned to the seller. The outcome could have been very different had I used it in a quality chop saw from say Makita so really unfair to blame the cutting disc especially knowing how good the quality of Norton abrasives are.
Good cutting and long lasting, lasted longer than the last one i got from another suppler, purchased two but only needed one, did a lot of cuts in 80x40 box section and still had a little life left

Cuts clean and square, long lasting. I use it for 070M20 steel mainly.
Good product for the cost
I used this disc on my Makita cut off saw to chop through 36 of 50mm x 5mm galvo steel tubes, and 36 of M16 threaded bars plus some Unistrut 41mm x 41mm section and it was good. I started to roll the pipes on the rest as the saw reached the bottom of cut to help it along a bit but still more cuts left on the blade. Very impressed.
