Good reducing coupling for water pipes handy to have
Used to connect new water pipe to Water Authority main - it did the job perfectly well.
I got the 25 to 20 coupling to join some new 20mm pipe to some old black 3/4"pipe. I then found thet there are three different wall thicknesses on the old black pipe. and it is not the correct size, as a temporary fix I gently warmed up the black pipe and did not use an insert, with a bit of grunting and wriggling it about i managed to make it fit. so it got me out of an situation and after a couple of weeks is still holding. I was going to hunt down the correct fittings but as the connection is above ground I'll just keep an eye on the connections. I have previously use these fittings for the 20mm to 25mm blue pipes and they worked perfectly.
easy to fit, used with Draper submersible pump to reduce to 20mm, then 20mm to 15mm pipe
Not as good as the speed fit stuff but does a job and cheaper
