Nothing wrong with the quality
Smallest inlet size was still too big for the drain tube from my tumble dryer so had to do some fettling to get to work
I highly do not recommend this product, there is a hole at the top, I don't understand why? When I plugged in the washing machine, all the water that ran out ran through that hole, which caused me a lot of trouble.
Good item - poor instuctions. Parts are numbered on instructions but there is no key. The diagram suggests installing the bungs which defeats the purpose of this item.
Great bit of kit to get me out of a spot when I needed to add a dishwasher to a kitchen that already had a washing machine fitted to a stand pipe waste..
Bought to combine wastes from dryer and washing machine. Works really well. Pipes from both need jubilee clips to secure.

Just what I was looking for and at a decent price.
This is one of the most wonderful things I have ever purchased. Previous I had my washing machine waste just pushed down the waste pipe. But once I purchased a condensing tumble dryer I had no room to squeeze the small additional drainage tube into the existing pile. I browsed the Toolstation app and soon discovered this fantastic product that is designed specifically for such a job. Easy to install and providing a leak free solution. Very pleased.
This item works will when the standard waste trap won’t do.

It is what it says it is. I needed a thing like this to route my washing machine and dishwasher into the kitchen waste and this is perfect. Even more perfect it that it worked with my old 35mm pipe.
It does have a air hole in it so bear that in mind when installing. But you should be installing at a certain height, and into a trap.
Needed this where there was an original standpipe for an existing machine and customer wanted to add another appliance. No additional waste work required so cost effective.

I fitted to the sink waste (not a stand pipe). So, I didn't need or in fact must not have the air vent hole, so I just blocked it up with silicon sealant from the inside. Working nicely since fitted over a week ago. It would be good if you could get one that fits straight to a multi-fit waste, rather than having to fit a length of waste pipe between the two.
Simple enough to fit to a 40mm vertical stand pipe, no use for horizontal connection as it has a bleed hole in the top to allow air into the drain which allows the water to flow away quickly.
I fitted this as we had a washing machine discharging into a vertical stand pipe with the washing machine waste hose simply stuffed 12 inches into the waste pipe - This worked perfectly until we bought a Heat pump Tumble dryer and wanted to have it drain off into the same waste pipe. This removes the need to empty the heat pump condensation tray.
Having fitted the device to the standpipe I was then impressed with the seal that I had and was able to fit the washing machine waste hose to one side of the fitting (with a Jubilee clip for security) and the tumble dryer water vent to the other, again with a Jubilee clip for security.
The fitting has a shroud inside that deflects the pressurised (pumped) water from the washing machine waste pipe straight down the wastepipe, preventing it trying to go up the tumble dryer vent when discharging - which is a great idea.
Its of good quality and I like that my drains are now completely sealed up using this rather than the waste pipe simply stuffed down the stand pipe as had been the case for many years.
I would recommend it.
Simple to fit and seals first time no leaks and firm hold onto pipe. Only downside is its a bulky item (because of the fitting) so ensure you have room if it is going in a smaller space
