I bought this to replace the loose, leaky and somewhat corroded basket waste that came with my Franke resin sink. It is superior in every respect and was extremely easy to fit. Recommended.
Does what its supposed to do and better than some cheaper products as the screw thread is fixed in better and less likely to snap of or pull out than the cheap ones that I use these to replace them with because these are better

not suitable white glazed ceramic sinks 9 only suitable for stainless steel sinks or equivalant

I was able to just replace the main cylinder and the cable plus button that was sticking down and failing to release, the button that is, on an old one. Good that they remain compatible

Toolstation was the only place that has this available, this is usually the case , tbh I’m using Toolstation more than their rivals now. The waste fitted perfectly with the sink on the job, and vas very nice quality.
More Expensive than others but I needed one with a longer fixing bolt, the sink I was fitting it to was a ceramic one which is much thicker than a stainless steel one, the cheaper ones the clamping bolt is shorter and isn't long enough.
Quality item. Sealed easily and overflow pipe easy to connect.
Bought this product to replace a trap that started to leak - good value for money, easy enough to fit even as a novice, instructions on the box were good.
