Made an online order for click and collect. I received email confirming order was ready for collection. Arrived at the store only to be told that the item was not available and was given a refund. Waste of time!
The coupling suited my needs when plumbing. The only thing I didn't like was the wait. Unfortunately when you place the order you need to wait until the next day to collect the item. So planning ahead is important as it can be for a last minuet job. But quality of the product is good.
Just what i needed to extend the waste pipe after fitting a new sink. It was so easy with this well made coupling
Bought this coupling to extend drain pipework from a bathroom basin to the waste pipe in the floor, as the S trap on its own couldn't quite reach. Did the job perfectly, and didn't cost too much either. Result!
Ideal for just that extra bit of room for manœuvre and as usual the Toolstation staff were as helpful as can be.

The extension coupling enabled me to do away with 2 elbows from the trap to the outlet pipe , this saved me a lot of fiddling about. What a clever idea !
