A better option than an adjustable trap to join up to a fixed waste pipe when fitting a new basin
Perfect for the job where a replacement basin waste plug changed and left connection just a bit short. Good that you can get different lengths making replacement easy taking the hassle and frustration away. Sort of thing if I was a plumber would have as a back up on the van.

Quick and easy to install, and for my was a perfect fit to bridge the gap between the new P trap and Sink waste.
Waste wasn't long enough to go through the worktop and cabinet top so this extended it just enough so that I could fit the trap
Fitted a new sink and was approx 2inch away from the slotted waste. Great to extend the pipe and bridge the gap at such little cost

The only odd thing is Toolstation's strange description of the item. I had to delve into the details to find that it was indeed the 50mm extension for a 32mm waste (McAlpine part number S12A-2) that I was looking for and which is usually described, including by McAlpine, in metric terms.
This product was perfect - wished I had gone to toolstation sooner as it has a great range of products
