Excellent product. Solid aluminium with a good, flexible seal around the pipe. Fits perfectly, easy to install, and gives a neat, professional finish on the roof. Exactly what I needed and feels built to last. Would happily use again and recommend to others.
Better off getting a lead one. Not as flexible when used on a pitch roof. Keeps lifting. Had to go back to reapply more adhesive . Not as easy to shape to match tiles

A mechanical engineer by profession I bought this because of the cone seal design which is very good. However, the top and bottom edges need to be 40 to 50mm longer to make it a better solution for shallow pitch tiled roofs. Can always be trimmed if necessary but can't be extended when required. The extra material cost is negligible.
Used with boiler flue out of roof
I found the plate slightly too short for a standard slate roof, but just about got away with it. The rubber boot will accommodate a pitched roof but it’s not really the ideal shape unlike other makes which are appropriately angled.
Solid quality , with tight connection around the neck
This is a fine enough flashing. Did the job. However, it was twice the price as the generic version Toolstation sells but half the size (athough it doesn't need to be any larger. The rubber gland seemed robust, but was set to only take 100-110mm pipe as its pre cut, so can't be used on smaller and large pipe. We used on a 100mm combi flue on a pitched roof. There is no pre set angle on the rubber gland like the generic version, so it bends to fit on pitcher roofs, but can't see why it doesn't have an angle for easy of installation. The flashing is made from aluminium which isn't as roof hugging as lead would be and ended up having to screw the flashing down at the bottom.
