Installed new wc and vanity unit and the existing soil pipe was slightly out of line so used the 20mm offset and it’s perfect. It was easy to push on to the pan connection and no leaks.
Good way of getting a pan connection when there is a slight difference in height from the spigot on the pan and the pipe coming through the wall

Can’t really comment to be honest as was just a little too long so didn’t fit. The cheaper shorter version ( different brand ) worked a treat.
Great for when the toilet and soil pipe don't quite line up. Did the job and the fact that the seal that goes into the soil pipe is fixed to the connector and not a removable part (like some others) really helps when fitting and space is tight as it guarantees a good seal
Wouldn't seal properly even ensuring all parts perfectly clean and free from any debris, took on and off numerous times and the edge of seal on toilet outlet side cracked in two places even using a lubricant. Ended up throwing in the bin. As far as my experience goes a waste of money. Went elsewhere and purchased a different make which functioned correctly on first fit.

Bought it, fitted easily, no leaks. What more do you want. Cheaper makes available, but I just wanted to fit and forget.

Oh no! The. Toilet pan outlet is 20 mm lower than the soil pipe. Easier than 20mm packing under the pedestal this fitting does the job - and jobbies will go 20mm further uphill with no problem. I guess you could also go 20mm left, right or down too with this clever coupler.
Well made offset connector that doesn’t fall to bits just as you are trying to fit the toilet pan, allows around a 3/4 inch offset up down left or right which solves the problem when trying to connect to a waste pipe that doesn’t exactly line up
