this was easy to fit, feels good quality and looks good.
Good value for money and good instructions and design. The flexible pipe "screws" into the back of the overflow piece which goes behind bath tub. And the other parts hand tightened nicely. Easy to silicone in the right places so as to make it nice and watertight on underside. Chrome isnt the highest heaviest quality but good enough i think. Overflow designed well to do its job.
Item has a good quality feel, with a solid feel to the pop-up waste. Fitted well in my free standing bath. Needed some Plumbers Mait to get the overflow to seal due to the large aperture in the bath.

McAlpine CBWF0CB bath wastes can sometimes drive you mad due to the poor quality of the item this is not so with a McAlpine bath waste.Okay So it cost you more money but what you get for that money is Quality as with all McAlpine products. We do not use anything else nothing else comes up to the standard so my advice is if you are in line for a bath waste or any other product which McAlpine make just buy it
Expensive for what it is. Rear overflow housing is very thin plastic so don't over tighten as it'll just deform the housing. Works ok though. The only thing is, the plug doesn't click down, it's just a pressure seal so it's easy to catch it with your hand in the bath and pull it out even when it's in the closed/down position

Quick and easy to install using the tool provided and without silicone. The steel parts are good quality. I found that the clicker sealed well and did not appear to leak with a full bath left for a few hours.

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. So much better than the metal wastes with separate plastic bodies. Absolutely no sealants required, just the supplied rubber gaskets. No leaks - first time.

We had a twist to pop, but it leaked at the top hole, with this there is no movement so her ladyship can have a deep bath without flooding the place. Solid chrome, quality item and worth the extra money.
