The lock doesn't snap shut like most padlocks and you can't remove the key in the open position. Not what I was expecting & when I contacted the manufacturer they were less than helpful.
Learnt a lesson to avoid the brand.

Another great Master product, perfect for outdoor use, only comes with 2 keys, where as most keyed locks come with 3, & key cutting isn't cheap these days...
