Replacing 2 padlocks I ordered these from Toolstation, price was competitive and items were ready quickly. Benefit of same key for both padlocks

Well built and strong locks with water shield for winter protection from the elements
Sturdy looking locks that should deter passing would-be thieves - But the actual bolt doesn't project very far into the casing when closed. The body is of relatively thin pressed/stamped steel, only about 2mm thick, and a determined intruder would find it easier to cut through the casing side, and bypass the bolt end. I was surprised at how much the whole assembly rattles and was expecting it to be far heftier - There is a lot of clearance between case the mechanism. Not a terrible purchase, and having two locks sharing a key (4 supplied|) saves time, but I will be upgrading to Watchman-style armoured locks if storing anything valuable.

Ace bit of kit like the rain cover for keyhole it’s the staff which make the difference
Needed a weatherproof lock for the garage doors picked the lock as it was a good price and fits the hasp and staple, has an added bonus of a cover where the key goes in to protect it from the rain. Excellent service at the counter as they brought out a selection of locks, staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
Bought this a year ago and security wise it’s great but key snapped as it just stopped turning. Managed to get it out with tweezers. Oiled the lock and then key mechanism hoping for it never to happen again. Yes it did only 2 weeks later. And I can’t get bolt cutters in u can’t saw through or drill through so gonna have to burst the whole front of steel container to get in at a large cost. Will never buy cheap again
Had these for a few months now and it is very handy to have twin locks with one key set. Work just fine as you would expect although a little surface corrosion is beginning to appear on the casing.

Excellent paired locks I used on my garage. Strong with no space to get bolt croppers in to cut.
So far it seems to work well, very lightweight for its size. The key really has to be pushed in fully as I've found it can feel like the key is deep enough in the keyhole but won't turn.
These are some of the best locks I’ve used. Would certainly recommend! Also stand up to the good old British weather
