Wanted to lock a Gardena hose reel so it was less easy to just walk past and steal off the wall fitting, and fits perfectly.
Shackle is narrow enough to go through the little hole and can be tucked at the back so it's less obvious.
Generally small and tight enough fitting that although it isn't a big lock, it would be awkward to get bolt cutters to. Not expecting it to stop a determined thief, but more secure against opportunists, and seems robust and well made so that I'm happy to leave it fitted in all weathers.

Fitted perfectly our Hozelock reel. Hopefully being aluminium it wont rust.

Very secure little locks. Used them to chain two pots to an anchor point in the wall outside our house so they don’t get stolen. They’ve been out there a few weeks now and haven’t rusted or anything
