Top cap. Completed the job perfectly. Both caps were well made.
this electrical job was to install dado-trunking for extra power outlets in an office. Pretty straightforward. The product, by Marshall Tufflex, is good and recommendable. I Ordered and paid for the majority of trunking materials from Toolstation; result was disastrous, worst ever!
Most of the trunking lengths did not arrive. For days could not speak to anyone at Toolstation - just “chat” which of course means not chatting, just typing! Toolstation would not put the situation right by sending me parts from some stores that actually did had stock, and nor would they move it to my local store at Long Eaton to collect.
I had spent hours with Toolstation staff, but none actually apologised for the debacle or offered help to put it right. So to get some missing parts I had to travel to 3 different and distant branches to collect myself. Eventually I did speak to a Toolstation agent who kindly apologised.
Moral of the story: shame on Toolstation! Go to a proper Trade Counter or online, be guaranteed to get your materials straight away, and probably at a better price!
