I have been an avid user of Makita products for both work and home use, I have 2 larger Makita recip saws and recently purchased a Makita DJR189 18V saw, I have used quite a few makes of blades over the years but I have found both the quality and longevity of Makita blades outway the slightly higher price price, so I would recommend there use with all makes of reciprocating saws.
