The Makita PV301D 12V Max CXT Brushless Sander/Polisher is a compact yet incredibly versatile tool with a brushless motor that reduces the need for constant maintenance.

The combined polisher/sander offers variable speed control, trigger lock and a lock on switch to reduce fatigue when using it for longer periods.

The dust cover reduces the amount of dust entering the tool and using a pad, and the anti-restart function prevents accidental activation of the tool. 
The backing pad is available in both 80mm and 50mm while the changing of the pad is supported by a hook and loop system.

The mechanical speed control maintains a constant about of speed, even under load, so that the results will always be the same, while the brushless motor, utilises the amount of battery power available so that you will get a longer operational time. 
There is a soft grip to provide comfort when working.
