Makita Impact Rated Black Screw Guide 80mm, just what I needed and good quality
This is surprisingly a really good idea. Makes those really awkward screws much easier and makes non magnetic screws a lot easier too
Top marks Makita . This screw guide works really well and for a reasonable price .
I'm doing a job which has already claimed 2 driver bits because I have over 600 100mm screws to drive at awkward angles. As the diameter of the sleeve isn't mentioned anywhere, I assumed it was a one size fits all situation but the sleeve won't fit over the head of the screws I'm using. Seems solid enough and I'm sure I'll be able to use it on other projects with narrower screws but useless for the current job.
Great for getting into those harder to reach corners. So good my wife borrowed it for her work…
Made A king Impact Tool Action I often wonder what MAKITA is named after, I like to think it was a pet parrot owned by the founder Mr Mabikar but the parrot had Scottish parents so it came out "Makita ...whose a pretty boy ye ken"
Can’t complain. It does the job but I bought this one and a dewalt one at the same time thinking this was longer but it isn’t. This one was slightly more expensive. The picture is a little deceiving as I just went off that regarding its length! But the dewalt one feels better quality overall. Just my honest opinion.
Worked fine for a couple of weeks then the sleve came away from the base i had to reatach it with a hammer but eventually had to get rid of it
Works very. Well .holds srews in. And as you use the. To
Very disappointing from makita my old ones are better .I have 18v makita tools an they never let me down had them years of heavy trade work
Didn’t get another, trying a DeWalt ow
It works, but do you need one? Maybe comes into its own on some jobs but otherwise a 'boy's toy'! However, cheap enough to give it a try ... and then keep in your toy box!
