The Makita DTM51Z 18V LXT Multi Tool has been designed based on the BTM50 model, however this upgraded version is equipped with the tool-less accessory change system.

The locking system allows for a quick and efficient tool change with minimal effort and the lever style clamp system allows you to change an accessories in seconds without any other tools.

Makita have improved the ergonomic barrel-grip to make it sit comfortably in your hand, allowing you to work with it all day without irritation. The perfect size and shape for extra comfortable handling.

Handy features include soft start, anti-restart function, variable speed control dial, dust extraction attachment & handy thumb on/off switch.

Battery Capacity warning lamp - Blinking red indicates battery power has been nearly used up, Solid red indicates battery power has been used up, the battery protector will shut off the power.

Compatible with other branded accessories as standard, these can be installed at 30° increments, across 360° for greater working potential.
