The 9557HNR is a small angle grinder which is suitable for use with 115mm discs. It is a slide switch design and can be locked on for continuous use when required. Additionally, the slim body design provides a comfortable grip, while the low weight of 2.0kg allows for long periods of use without fatigue. To help keep the 9557HNR running for as long as possible in demanding work environments it has a number of features designed for long term reliability. The machined gears have a robust construction intended for better resistance to wear and the machine is protected from damage due to grinding dust thanks to a labyrinth construction which helps keep less of it from entering the interior, as well as a protective zig-zag varnish coating over the armature. For safety in the work area, the 9557HNR is restart protected and won't start up automatically if the switch has been locked in the On position prior to plugging it in.
