These tap glands work perfectly. Easy to fit. Come with 2 glands in box and price is very good value. Just needed one gland as tap was not turning on / off properly, so spare ready for next problem.

I needed to repair my kitchen tap but was not sure which fitting I needed. The staff were super helpful and I purchased two different fittings. The guy who served me told me to watch on YouTube and he was sure I’d be able to do the job myself. I did get it repaired and took one of the fittings back he next day and got a refund. I highly recommend Tool Station and staff are always super helpful and polite.
kitchen mixer tap started dripping so I bought a pack of 5 rubber washers, and with in a few months I have a problem with water hammer, whish I had gone straight from these glands. Easy to fit just remember to turn the water off..

The glands in a bathroom I was working on had started leaking and these replacements were an ideal fit for what I needed. A lot lower cost than buying the branded version from the original tap manufacturer. Easy to fit and have performed really well.
Needed these tap inserts and didn't want to drive to the out of town stores - I've got a local Toolstation :-).
Good replacement tap body with brass finish but the shaft spline didn't fit by old tap knob and I had to replace the tap with a tap revive kit with cartridge, cover and top tap knob

Had an annoying dripping tap getting worse by the day. Got a pair of these inserts for an excellent cheap price and fixed a swivel column tap ( kitchen sink) . Easy to fit with instant results.

The product quality and price excellant but unhelpful service summed up in " he was not a plumber, had never changed a tsp and didnt know the part i was describing." assisted by another who said they weren’t allowed to give advice.
For a store that must have many DIYers, not good enough. Pity.
