Scratched like has been used and re packaged. Felt like a used product as even the plastic came in was all creased. Dusty inside. Returned to store but was a struggle with the staff didn't even recive a notification text or email even app said new instead off ready or completed.

Good value, after reading other reviews I was careful when installing not to mark them, works well.
Good quality product however because it was white it is difficult to tighten the nuts without leaving scratch mark on the white paint whilst using the wrench. IF i had the choice again i would have purchased chrome towel radiator and valves.
Does the job and looks smart, fitted to a heated towel radiator in a new build (using the convertors already fitted).
Did the job. No instructions on direction if flow, so not sure if it matters which way they are fitted (?)
Wasn't expecting much based on other towel rad valves I've used in the same price range. These were decent for the price and paint held up well with careful fitting.
