bought this 28 to 22 reducer not quite correct you need a straight connector on the 28mm side it does not tell you this 22 side slides on 22 copper not so on 28 got caught out with this one

I thought it would go over the ends of 15 and 22mm pipe. I was wrong!
Not what I required. I wanted 15mm reducing pipe, but to use this I would have had to buy a straight connector also. I ordered 15mm to 8mm and 15mm to 10mm reducers, however, when trying to use the 15mm pipe is exactly 15mm and would not fit over the 15mm pipe. It doesn't state male or female for the 15mm end, therefore I returned all fittings and went elsewhere. The same happened with my 22mm connector joint. Poor performance from the description on all parts.
Today I tried to purchase a Made4Trade 22mm straight coupling. Although listed in your catalogue, it's not available and your system in the shop does not recognise it. Nobody could find a way to see if this item was available next day or available in any way, shape or form in the foreseeable future. I tried telephoning your given number only to find after waiting 5 minutes that I was number 43 in the queue. I could find no other customer related telephone numbers so I remain disgusted with your customer service.

Did not fit over my 22mm pipe so would need a straight coupler to fit. Ended up using a compression fitting instead but maybe that's a 'me' issue!
