Make sure you prep the surface with wire wool and decent flux. Did seven joints in one go, no leaks. Great price, slightly looser fit than more expensive brands, doesn’t affect the performance.
as a time served plumber, with 55 years in the trade using end feed fittings as it's normal to use them, as now i am 79 years old and now going to change the plumbing and heating in the grandson's new house as soon as he has the keys, so have visited Toolstation on a few occasions so far..
Simple way of joining two pipes at 90 degrees. Solder flux and blowtorch is all you need to get the job done, just make sure you clean the ends of the pipe and inside of the fitting for better connection.
